I have been teased about being a magnetic optimist; and now wear the description as a badge of honor!  I have received several accolades and awards over my twenty three years as a teacher, and was humbled and grateful every time.  I know that this is clearly not my first life time with this purpose; yet feel very driven to expand share my knowledge.

 

I was trained as a coach and volunteered for a seminar company on and off for eight years.  After studying, reiki, ontology, psychology, energy healing, drama therapy, I have found my own style of coaching.    

 

I support soul lead, growth minded, ambitious people go from being stressed-out, exhausted, and dysregulated to living in an authentic, healthy, harmonize, energized state in ALL nine areas of wellbeing: emotional, mental, intellectual, spiritual, relational, financial, physical, occupational, and environmental.

I support clients by creating awareness around their current energy expenditure.  Their Blue Time (masculine Energy) and once we shape this optimally, we design periods of radical rest, recharge and rejuvenation;  I call this Pink Time (representing feminine energy) into their lives so that they can feel vital, energized and fulfilled.
